AP LAWCET 2018 Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test is a state level placement exams led by the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur on the behalf of APSCHE, Hyderabad. APLAWCET 2018 will be conducted to test the aptitude of candidates seeking admission into three-year and five- year LLB program offered by the top colleges and universities in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Minimum qualification required to apply is graduation in any teach for LLB program ( both 3- year and 5- year). Application Form will be available in the last week of February 2018. It must be filled online. Application fee for the exam is Rs. 450 for all categories. Pay the fee in offline or online mode. The dates have not been confirmed by the Sri Krishnadevaraya University ( SKU) yet, but by the end of the next month, the exact dates will be released. candidates should keep in touch with the official website of APLAWCET 2018 for any updates. APSCHE SKU AP LAWCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria


Educational qualification applicants seeking admission in law's courses on offer at Universities in Andhra Pradesh should be Indian Nationals and further need to satisfy local/non-local. Apart from this, aspirants who are not Indian nationals but still wish to apply for admissions in law courses need to satisfy the rules and regulations given by the respective Universities. He/ she are eligible to apply for LLB ( 5 years) course admissions if they have passed two year Intermediate Examination in the 10+2 pattern. Here, applicants also need to ensure that they score 45%  in the qualifying or any other exams recognized to be equivalent by the University, Board of Intermediate AP as well as Bar Council of India.Applicants who belong to the SC/ ST category meet the eligibility criteria if they secure 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying exams. The official website for informs “Qualifying marks in APLAWCET-2018 is 35% ( i.e 42 Marks out of 120 ) and no minimum score are prescribed for SC/ ST candidates”.

Age Limit: There is no maximum age limit for admission in 5 year LLB course on the basis of a candidate’s score in AP LAWCET.



Process to Fill APLAWCET Application Form 2018 Details


Step 1: Aspirants need to fill on the website of the exams. Information that applicants need to provide is their name, parent’s name, email ID, mobile number, community details ( minority/ non-minority), digital signature, digital ( color) photograph and examination center where they wish to appear. Application Fee for 3 years Rs 700 for 5 years Rs 700/-. He/ she can pay the application fee at AP Online Centers and also through payment Gateway/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

Step 2: Download APLAWCET 2018 Admit Card. The admit card/ hall ticket can downloaded from the official website. He/ she should  note that no separate admit card or communication will be sent to them by post. Candidates can download their admit card one week before the examination by filling-in their details on the official site.

Step 3: Give AP LAWCET Exam. Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test is a one and half hour duration examination. The question paper will be in both English and Telugu. The  paper of 120 questions. Aspirants are evaluated in the exams on the basis of their knowledge in spheres such as General Knowledge, Mental ability, Current Affairs and Aptitude for the Study of Law.

Step 4: Check Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test Result. Candidates will get a rank on the basis of their merit and marks obtained in the exams. As part of the result, candidates should download their  rank card from the official website . The qualifying percentage is 35%, that is, candidates need to secure 42  out of a total of 120  in the exam to qualify. However, for applicants belonging to the SC and ST category there is no minimum qualifying marks criteria. The official website informs: “Rank obtained in APLAWCET-2018 is valid for admission into 3 year/5 year Law Courses, as the case may be, for the academic year 2018-2019 only”.

Firstly, the applicants can fill and present the application form of AP LAWCET  through online mode. Applicants can fill their personal, academic, and other details in the online application form. Also, the applicant should upload their current photo and signature in the permissible format only. Further, the candidates must pay amount through the web and offline mode. At last, the aspirant need to take a print out  for future reference.
